Your mission
You will work directly with our CEO and help turn a fast-moving agenda into clear priorities, smooth operations, and strong follow-through. In this role, you create structure, keep communication flowing, and ensure the CEO can focus on the highest-impact topics.
You anticipate, prioritize, coordinate, and execute. You keep track of internal and external moving pieces, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy being the person who makes things run smoothly.
In your first 3 months, you will establish a trusted working rhythm with the CEO, build strong systems for calendar and meeting management, and create a reliable way to track priorities, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.

Executive support & prioritization
- Manage a complex calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and protecting focus time
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across founders, partners, researchers, investors, and public-sector stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and meeting materials
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure nothing gets lost
- Support inbox management by prioritizing requests and flagging urgent topics
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Organizelogisticsfor events, speaking engagements, partner meetings, andoff-sites
- Handle expense documentation and administrative follow-up
- Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day schedule runs smoothly, even when priorities shift
- Act as a reliable interface between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders
- Help draft and review presentations, notes, and selected communications
- Coordinate with team members across programs, operations, and ecosystem activities
- Build and improve lightweight systems for planning, documentation, and follow-through
- Support leadership meetings, all-hands, and recurring internal formats
- Take ownership of selected cross-functional projects
- Bring structure into ambiguity and help build scalable processes
