AI Operations Manager (all genders)

Your mission

You will be the first hire in our AI & Digital Ecosystem team, reporting directly to the Director AI & Digital Ecosystem. Your job is to turn strategic direction into working solutions. You identify where AI can improve or replace existing processes, and you develop entirely new AI-powered workflows from scratch. You build those solutions with existing tools and platforms, and ensure they actually work in day-to-day operations.

You implement, test, optimize, and document. You work independently but align closely with the Director on priorities and decisions.

Within your first 3 months, together with the Director AI & Digital Ecosystem you will build a functional AI stack for 2-3 clearly defined use cases that demonstrate value internally and can be transferred to our startups.

AI-First Operations at Impossible Founders

Analyze internal workflows and identify where AI tools or automation can improve efficiency
Develop new AI-powered workflows that enable processes which didn't exist before
Build and implement solutions using no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) and AI integrations
Test and evaluate AI tools for specific use cases (which tool solves which problem)
Create documentation so processes can be scaled and transferred to others
Brief external developers when custom solutions require coding
Work closely with the CRM Manager and help to implement technical requirements in HubSpot
Work with existing systems (MS Teams, Notion, HubSpot) to integrate AI capabilities

AI-First in Our Startups

Adapt validated internal solutions for use by startups in our portfolio
Design and build new AI workflows tailored to startup needs
Support startups in implementing AI tools and workflows
Gather feedback from startups to improve solutions
Develop templates and frameworks that startups can apply independently

Your profile

Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs, AI agent frameworks)
Experience building automations with platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Ability to assess when to use existing tools vs. when custom development is needed
Process thinking: you see inefficiencies and know how to fix them
Creative problem-solving: you can design workflows for problems that don't have standard solutions yet
Ability to deliver working solutions quickly without perfect infrastructure
Comfort working in an early-stage environment with minimal existing structure
Clear communication in English
