- You own an impact-driven content strategy that builds our visibility and reputation in the DeepTech and science-based start-up world
- Hold operational responsibility for the entire content lifecycle – from idea to publication and impact measurement
Developing and continously managing the editorial plan
- Build and maintain a structured editorial calendar across all channels
- Prioritize topics in close collaboration with the CEO, program team, and partners
- Act as a sparring partner for topic selection and sharpening of story angles
- Establish and run a systematic process for topic identification together with colleagues
- Conduct interviews with the team and founders and turn their insights into strong content pieces
- Create compelling stories based on scientific topics, people, and milestones
- Write and optimize web copy and landing pages, including SEO- and AEO-focused improvements
- Manage and create content for social media, especially LinkedIn
- Design and manage the newsletter: structure, content, editing, and distribution
- Develop micro-content formats such as posts, short videos, slides, and quotes
- Write press copy
- Ensure content is delivered to the right target groups through the right channels
- Use cross-posting and multipliers to systematically extend our reach
- Track content performance and derive clear, data-based improvements
- Prepare and share KPI reports to steer and refine our content strategy
- Manage a working student, delegating projects, reviewing and approving their work and providing regular feedback
- Brief and coordinate external partners for infographics, video, and design
- Ensure quality standards and alignment with brand standards are met and deadlines are respected
