Your mission

You support us in building our external communication – from LinkedIn and video formats to the website and newsletter. You’ll be part of a small, passionate team that brings IMPOSSIBLE FOUNDERS to life – as a movement for bold entrepreneurship and meaningful growth.

Manage and further develop our social media profiles (primarily LinkedIn)
Contribute to content ideas, editorial planning, and copywriting
Cut and edit short videos (e.g., interviews or event clips)
Conduct research, scout trends, and provide organizational support
Maintain tools like CMS, CRM, and editorial calendars
Create reports on communications and press work

You mainly work remotely – ideally, 0.5 to 1 day per week in our Hamburg Speicherstadt office (but it’s not mandatory).

Your profile

Enrolled in a degree program related to communication, media, marketing, or a comparable field
First experience with social media (personal or through internships)
Basic skills in Canva and video editing are a plus
Reliable, structured, and curious to explore new tools and topics
Excited about a steep learning curve in a meaningful environment
Able to work independently and prioritize tasks without much supervision
Fluent in German and English
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt uns beim Aufbau unserer externen Kommunikation – von LinkedIn über Videoformate bis hin zu Website und Newsletter. Dabei bist du Teil eines kleinen, engagierten Teams, das IMPOSSIBLE FOUNDERS sichtbar macht – als Bewegung für mutiges Unternehmertum und sinnstiftendes Wachstum.

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Profile (v. a. LinkedIn)
Entwicklung von Content-Ideen, Redaktionsplanung und Textunterstützung
Schnitt und Bearbeitung kurzer Video-Formate (z. B. Interviews oder Event-Clips)
Recherche, Trend-Scouting und organisatorische Unterstützung
Pflege von CMS, CRM und Redaktionskalender
Erstellung von Reportings zu Kommunikations- und Pressearbeit

Du arbeitest überwiegend remote – ein halber bis ganzer Tag pro Woche in unserem Büro in der Speicherstadt wäre ideal (aber kein Muss).

Dein Profil

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (Kommunikation, Medien, Marketing oder vergleichbar)
Erste Erfahrungen im Social-Media-Bereich (privat oder durch Praktika)
Grundkenntnisse in Canva und Videoschnitt sind von Vorteil
Zuverlässig, strukturiert und neugierig auf neue Tools und Themen
Freude an einer steilen Lernkurve in einem sinnstiftenden Umfeld
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Priorisierungsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel
