Ihre Aufgaben

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance- und Controlling-Strukturen sowie -Systeme von Grund auf gemeinsam mit der CFO.
Verantwortung für Forecasting, Budgetierung und Financial Modeling für Projekte und Ventures.
Erstellung und Pflege von Liquiditätsplänen sowie Szenario-Analysen.
Entwicklung und Steuerung eines schlanken, effektiven Reporting-Systems (Dashboards, KPIs, Performance Tracking).
Koordination externer Dienstleister wie Buchhaltung, Payroll und Steuerberatung.
Aufbereitung entscheidungsreifer Analysen und Präsentationen für CFO, Beirat und externe Partner.

Ihr Profil

Erfahrung im Finanzbereich, im finanziellen und/oder operativen Controlling oder in der Strategie – idealerweise in einem Startup oder innovationsgetriebenen Umfeld.
Vertraut mit den Herausforderungen öffentlicher vs. privater Finanzierung sowie den Besonderheiten gemeinnütziger Organisationen in Deutschland.
Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und proaktiv und hast Freude daran, in komplexen Situationen Klarheit zu schaffen.
Sicherer Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets und Interesse an modernen Reporting-Tools.
Erfahrung mit der technischen Seite des Controllings, z. B. beim Aufbau von BI-Reports und idealerweise auch -Systemen.
Gutes Verständnis von Unternehmensstrukturen mit mehreren Gesellschaften oder Beteiligungen.
Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch.
Du ergreifst gerne die Initiative und arbeitest mit Freude in einem sinngetriebenen, unternehmerischen Umfeld mit viel kreativem Gestaltungsspielraum.

Your mission

Build and develop our finance and controlling structures and systems from the ground up together with the CFO.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for projects and ventures.
Create and maintain liquidity plans and scenario analyses.
Design and manage a lean, effective reporting system (dashboards, KPIs, performance tracking).
Coordinate external service providers such as accounting, payroll, and tax advisors.
Prepare decision-ready analyses and presentations for the CFO, advisory board, and external partners.

Your profile

Experience in finance, financial and/or operational controlling, or strategy, ideally in a startup or innovation-driven environment.
You are familiar with the challenges of public vs. private funding and nonprofit regulations in Germany.
You are analytical, structured, and proactive, and you enjoy creating clarity in complexity.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and an interest in working with modern reporting tools.
You are experienced in the technical side of controlling, e.g. setting up BI-reports and ideally -systems.
You have a good understanding of corporate structures involving multiple entities or shareholdings.
You communicate fluently in German and English.
You take initiative and enjoy working in a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial environment with plenty of creative freedom.
